In 2014 I became a doula and began working with families from all walks of life to help them on their journey towards becoming parents. This helped me to see some of the challenges that people are faced with while growing a baby and a family. As a result pregnancy and postnatal massage became a huge focus of my work, and I’m proud to say I’ve treated hundreds of women through their pregnancy and postpartum. Pregnancy pain and discomfort can benefit greatly from regular massage therapy.
When you make the decision to get a pregnancy massage, you want to know that you are in the hands of someone who is experienced. Not only have I worked with a wide range of pregnancy conditions, I’ve also attended births as a doula so I understand the issues that can arise during labor, birth, and postpartum.
When you walk into my office I want you to feel comfortable where you’re at. Together we can create a plan for your massage to help support to feel better in your body.
I get that pregnancy, fertility, and the reproductive system can bring up some heavy stuff. I won’t be afraid to work with you, or hear your story if you feel like sharing. If it’s not medically relevant I won’t pry if you don’t feel like sharing either. I’ll do everything I can to work with you to ensure that your massage treatment is safe, enjoyable, and effective.
