This June I’m launching a totally free Dream Incubator Challenge! (June 24-July1st)

Ever hear the term “First you dream it, then you do it?”

Sometimes we are so caught up in doing all the things that we forget to even get clear on why we’re doing them! Often times we just end up spinning our wheels and not getting any traction.

Before we start working towards our dreams we have to nurture it! Figuring out what we want, and most importantly why we want it. If the why doesn’t make sense or isn’t serving our higher goals and purpose, then we are just wasting our time, effort, and energy, all of which are precious!

Join me for seven days of reflection and tapping into the dreams that you’ve always wanted to nurture, but just keep putting off!

Sign up for exclusive tips and tools to tap into your intuition, create your desire map, and more!

Life shouldn’t feel so overwhelming, frustrating, or downright impossible. You need room for your dreams and passions.

But the daily grind is wearing you out, and putting those dreams on the back burner.

Wouldn’t it be great if things were different? If life felt balanced, exciting, or even relaxing?

I help people get from burnt out to energized. To get started on those goals and dreams. To build a life to works for you instead of putting yourself last.

Together we nail down what’s preventing  you from moving forward and make a plan of action. Discover limiting beliefs that are holding you back from success. See problems from a different perspective to better solve them. Figure out what drives your bad habits, self sabotage, and procrastination. Learn how to use this new knowledge to create a lifestyle that’s more sustainable, less overwhelming, and includes your passions.

Let’s be real for a minute

Does this sound to good to be true? It isn’t!

Listen, I’ll be honest with you. I used to struggle with burn out and not being able to follow my dreams. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find their own personal balance. I truly believe that you can (mostly) have your cake and eat it too. But sometimes it’s just too frustrating to solve those big problems alone.

Life coaching isn’t always a quick fix. Often there are layers that are more interconnected to our problems then we realize. That means that you want someone who can ask the right questions in order to help you move forward.

My Promise

Instead of giving you random advice that might not work for your situation, we figure out what the best course of action for you is. Because no two people are facing the exact same challenges.

That’s why I’ll never force my own way of doing things on you. It’s not about my agenda. Instead, know that you can come to your coaching sessions and be in a judgement free space where we are working together to accomplish your goals.

Work with me

Life Coaching
Everyone has different goals when it comes to their lives and businesses. I work with women to help incorporate more wellbeing, flow, and self care in their lives. Often times we are pushing so hard and burning ourselves out, not understanding why we aren’t making progress or why we aren’t happy where we are at. I believe that in order to understand why we are feeling so stuck we have to reground ourselves and explore the limiting beliefs we hold about our potential, the life we are living, and how we treat ourselves. Once we start this conversation and begin to form a connection to our own sacred self this is where the healing starts to happen.

Birth Work

“Alyssa provided excellent support during our labour. Her calm and kind demeanor helped keep us confident labouring at home and after arriving at the hospital. She was extremely attentive to both my own and my husbands needs to help us accomplish an unmedicated birth. Overall, Alyssa helped provide an awesome labour and birth experience.”
~Tanner and Andrew

Alyssa was a wonderful Doula! I would recommend her services to anyone who is expecting!
This was our first pregnancy and she was very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns right from the beginning. We didn’t know what to expect so we had plenty of questions and she was very resourceful – helping us to set our minds at ease and providing books/research on various things including breast-feeding.
For labour, Alyssa offered many different pain management suggestions including different drug options as well as discussed our informal birth plan so she could be informed and assist the day of delivery. On the day of my labour, Alyssa was at the hospital within minutes of us getting checked in – despite the fact that it was the middle of the night! She immediately stepped in to help in any way she could – offering water, a cold cloth, attempting to ease my pain and asking if I needed anything.
Alyssa was incredible through my entire labour and delivery! She assisted while my epidural was put in and was always offering her help and encouragement through contractions.
Our son, Luke, was born at Kingston General Hospital without any complications and I couldn’t have asked for a better labour and delivery experience. Alyssa was a big part of that.
Alyssa took photos after Luke was born and stayed after the birth to assist with breast-feeding.
Once we arrived home, our two last visits with Alyssa were very helpful to answer all of my “new mom” questions. She also encouraged me to text or email her with any questions I had – this involved a late night text when I was worried about breast-feeding.
In addition to answering all of my questions, Alyssa offered me a massage for my last doula visit. This is something I would highly recommend to any new mom – very relaxing after the stress/pain of labour and delivery then the whole new experience of being a parent!
Overall, our Doula experience was great! So, to anyone considering a Doula, I highly recommend Alyssa.

Thank you so much Alyssa. You were wonderful!”

“Thank you for being there for my wife, you provided not just support but excellent encouragement and guidance.”

“You gave us a wonderful gift through your support and we will always be thankful for it.”
